That was the question running through my mind all day today. Finally, this evening, I came up with the answer! Anybody agree with me??
It's the fairy godmother from Shrek (maybe Shrek II?)!!

By golly, this just occurred to me. I found your posting by Googling "Sarah Palin" "Fairy Godmother" just to see if anyone had the same idea.
